Quite true, though the tangle effect would be horrific.  See, All wire
will irreperably tangle itself into Gordian knots if it's moved much at
all, and the intensity of the effect is directly proportional to the wires
length.  Also, you couldn't just grab a handful of cable and rip them out.
You'd have to disconect each and every one...
