I have yet to build anything on my own(i've only done mods so far) but if i
built a modular I'd definately use 1/4" patch cords in order to use external
effects and other signal processors in between modules. I was thinking, in
order to get some humanizing or even cooler effects, you could run control
voltage from a sequencer to a synth with a distortion pedal or some other
sort of effect, with adjusting to keep it at the correct voltage. Bad idea?
