Hi..

	Several of you expressed interest in a site-available copy of the above. I 
note that Anders announced it would be available on his site soon (thanks 
Anders!), so I'm going to wait until it appears there. Depending on the 
format it appears as, I may then put up a GIF/JPEG version if there is 
demand.
