I don't mean to encourage flame wars.
Actually, I was just trying to understand. I know that fast connections
such as ISDN are extending, but still aren't available worldwide.
This could indeed trigger some frustrations.
I am very sensible to disparities between people / countries / cultures
in front of technology.
