Poly-800 e-prom HELP

Hi all !
Thanks to every one who helped me to find poly800 MkII patches.

Now, I surely need the HEX file for the E-Prom on the digital delay
board - IC24.
Please help !
I think this chip is out, 'cause, the poly800 mkII now displays: 8.8.
8.8. 8.8. !!! after sounding very strange: strong digit*l noises and
distortions.
