One question:
Is it possible to solder aluminum and whow?
The natural oxide seems to prevent this.

(I want to put alu cases together, they should have good electrical
conncetion of all side plates in order to have good shielding).
I don't think this is possible due to the oxide as you say. If you're not 
looking for strength just screening, you could try using copper tape to 
cover the joins (we used it at work on an old job for RF screening). You 
can get it in various widths - it ends up looking like some mad professor 
type of device but that may be to your liking!
