Roland stuff

Until the other day I have never taken much Roland stuff apart.  I 
took a Juno 6 apart and was perusing the inards and noticed that the 
oscillators and filters are marked as Roland parts.  Does anyone know 
if Roland has their own process for the IC's or if the are remarked 
OEM stuff or if somebody manufactures a process that Roland designed 
the mask for or what?
