Ah, a good point. That's the first "real" module I got for my current
project. (After I'd built an LFO and VCA - nice and simple for my "learning
curve" projects.)

Yeah, I think I agree with you here. Many (if not all) of the people
likely to do the MOTM already have some sort of synth, so making early
modules processing-oriented would let those who don't buy the core
set get immediate use from their systems.
In that case, maybe the core set could be (in order):
VCF, LFO, VCA, EG, VCO

I think it would have to be a 5-unit rack to accomodate the same modules
(which would likely be a requirement for economy's sake). It could
probably hold 9 modules (they're 2" across, right?).
Sign me up if it happens too! Oh yeah, and I'd like to see module
prices stay around $100us, if not lower. :-)
