   You've got to be kidding, right?  It conjures images of cottage cheese 
in my mind!  Not really the sonic potential of 'sharp' cheddar or 
'smooth' cream cheese.  Ah, anyway....it's too early in the morning...
   I'm no good with coming up with names.  That's what prevents me from 
being a novelist...
