Anyone have any mods for the Korg MS-10?
I came up with an idea, yet untried. To add a sub-oscillator, a simple
divide by 2 circuit is tacked onto the square wave output of the oscillator
and its output fed through the normalized contact of the external input. So
with nothing plugged into the external input jack, the external signal pot
would control the amount of sub-osc mixed in with the VCO feeding into the
filter. No drilling of the case or external changes required, just a bit of
veroboard and a couple of wires to the circuit board(s) and panel.
