Hi Alex

There was a suitable EPROM programmer in the March edition of the Elektor
magazine, which was quite cheap to put together.  It is quite a versatile
unit and is more than capable of programming the 2764 EPROM's in question.
The programming utility was on the Elektor software competition CD-ROM with
loads of other useful electronic utilities, well worth a look at.
I have built one, so if you get stuck give me a shout.
