Good design books

Hi!

A lot of good books have been mentioned, but I think a very important one
hasn't come up yet :

Hal Chamberlin : Musical applications of microprosessors

This book covers both analog and digital synthesis techniques, and is very
comprehesive. Covers a lot of digital sound generation theory as well. Out
of print, but I think I heard somewhere that Hal is selling photocopies of
it. Recommended!
