     Hi all,

After having a clearout at the weekend I have available a very nice
full-flight style case, suitable for housing an analogue synth.

     Internal dimensions are:
        22.5 inch high
        20 inch wide
        8 inch deep

So, it will take 19 inch wide rack front panels, maybe even rack units
themselves (but not too deep). Full flight means aluminium-clad
plywood, with reinforced edges and steel corner pieces, four
hasp-style latches, handles on two sides, and feet on the other two
sides (so it can stand upright or sideways). The lid fits flush, with
a tongue-and-groove style fitting, and has black cloth-covered foam
     sponge inserts.

It was originally used to house a demonstrator for some sort of
security product. I acquired the case with grandious plans to build a
rather nice analogue synth. After eight years I still haven't got
round to it, and I don't think I will as my synth interests have moved
     on from "traditional" analogue synths.

So, what do I want for it, I hear you cry! Not a lot: its free to the
first person who comes and gets it. I don't want the hassle of
wrapping it up and sending it to someone. So, if you want this very
nice case for your new synth project, get on your bike/car/train/plane
and head on over to sunny Cambridge (UK) to collect it. I suggest you
email me first to check that someone hasn't beaten you to it!

     Over to you!

     Neil
