capacitors

Greetings,

I acquired a bunch of capacitors that look like small prcecision
resistors (they are not, however, I've checked) with markings "104 15M".
They are yellow, about 1/4" long, with axial leads.
I assume they are .1 mfd caps. Does anyone know exactly what type
of capicitor this is? Would they be suitable for bypass caps?

Thanks,
Chris <cchris at hooked.net>
