I would recommend the Electronotes collection of newsletters published by
Bernie Hutchins, I'm sure his address is on this mailing list's archive.
Also, you may want to buy a blank circuit board for a project called an AMS
1. I'm working with one, it's really quite nice, and available for only
$60. It is available from Gene Stopp, who contributes here from time to
time. You can read all about it at
http://www.it.kth.se/~e93_mda/synths/companies/stopp/
I populated the board with top-flight parts for about $300. I'm still at
the board-stuffing point, but it is highly recommended by other readers on
this list. So it may be a perfect way to get your feet wet.
Also, keep an eye open on this list; a really bright guy named Paul
Schreiber is about to issue the first of a series of "modules of the month"
to interested parties. I know the first module will be a ring modulator /
noise generator, and that he also plans to offer several options for buying,
including case, 19" rack mount, and front panels.......

Subject: Circuit designs?
Circuit designs?
how can I get circ.des. for a simple, analogue synth?
I only have a book from 1979 describing how to build a synth with
VCO, LFO, ADSR etc, etc but I'd like to have something newer.
Is there a possibility to get designs directly in the web?
I need a design describing every single part of the circuit
(not necessarily the hole synth).
thank you,
bp, vienna, austria
