Can you send me the schematics, please?

I know there's a similar thing on the NS web page,
using an LM13700. A Spice simulation for the
LM13700 circuit showed some temperature
compensation indeed, but the circuit only
works precicely over a few decades.
(It was intended for VCA control, not VCO.)

So I'd *love* to see your circuit!
