Magazine recommendation?

What *might* work is an on line ezine. This would be more economically
feasible, providing you could find some way to make any money at all
doing it. It would have to have ads as it is difficult to charge for
subscriptions (could be done though...).

Otherwise, it could a contributory type deal, with many cooks wailing
away at the 'zine site...

The base of people interested in this sort of thing might be very small!
Any guesses?
