.....well I enjoyed them..... I think the drum cookbook is more
practical in the sense that it is all current components...
the reprints are very historically interesting but not so easy in
general to get stuff going.....

He has reprinted it as a photocopy, also he has a collection of
data sheets mostly of now nonexistent chips for synths.... great
for masochists, or anyone salvaging CEM or SSM chips from dead
polysynths..

BTW the Midwest Analog Product catalog well worth getting,
they have boards for theit analog drum things
