gate circuit

Does anyone have a simple line level noise gate circuit?  I'd like to
build a few, and drop them into the insert loops on my mixer.  Ideally,
it should be switchable for -10/+4 operation.  I'll also use the same
circuit post-gain in a new mixer design I'm working on...
