Transistor Replacements

These are most likely RCA consumer electronics division transistors.  
Ask around local electronics parts distributors for telelvision repair type parts. 
Perhaps MCM electronics carries these things.

I have in an old SK series catalog, 
SK3020 :  NPN Si Transistor,  800 mA max Icc, hfe=125,
 TO-39 Metal can.
 Pin 1, near square, = e, pin 2= b, pin 3= collector and case.
and SK3005 is not listed in this catalog.
