I looked at

and at
http://www.semi.harris.com/data/fn/fn4/fn4153/index.htm
but didn't find much : data sheets are quite short if not
non-existent... And nobody at Harris or N.S. answered my mails yet.
Some more clues anyone ? I'd really like to have an idea on how those
crosspoint switches work. I might want to use them for a project on
which I'm working now and which I'm planing to post sometime in the
future...
