There is yet another method that I've heard of, but have not tried.  The
Press N Peel folks have told me that you can use their toner transfer
material to make panel layouts as well as PC Boards.  Following a similar
procedure, you would print your layout from a graphics package onto the
Press N Peel(reversed of course!) and then simply iron (they gave no
recommendations on time/temp) it onto the aluminum (or steel) panel.

They say it works as long as you can live with dark blue (PNP Blue) or
blue/black (PNP Wet) lettering.
