I've had good luck with dry transfer letters, but make sure you get a
*small* font. The Charettes in the town next to mine has nice small 12 and
9 point courier fonts that work quite nicely. I think a large 8.5x11 page
of these was around $10, and that had enough for a few 1U panels.
Certainly worth it if you're making small batches of something.
But this is all old news to everybody, I'm sure.
