Leftover ASM-1 front panel?

Just wondering if anybody on the list might have bought one of
Christopher List's ASM-1 front panels which they never used and might be
willing to sell to recoup their costs. (Or another design, for that
matter.) I've found a place that will fabricate one for me, but it's
going to cost almost a hundred bucks, which is in the general
neighborhood of real money...
