Linear Detuning mod for SEM VCOs

With permission from Juergen Haible, I have posted his linear detuning VCO
modification to my web site.  This modification gives a detuned sound to
patches involving multiple VCOs, and is suitable for SEM type VCOs (based
on a sawtooth).  I haven't taken the time to examine the ASM-1 VCO
schematic, but I'm pretty sure this modification would work for the ASM-1
board.
