To all of those who haven't figured it out yet......

Filter out ALL aftertouch data     !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
When I use Cakewalk I...........
Filter out the incoming aftertouch data when I lay down the FATMAN track.  
If you use a track that has aftertouch for one synth, make a copy to a
different track and cut out ALL aftertouch.

I also use a MX-8 patchbay and filter there as well cause my old Prophet
don't like aftertouch either.
