Midwest analog drum things

Ne 1 get to mess with Midwest Analogs drum kits, the snare, snare + or bass
drum?? Just wondering what they sound like, cuz i was thinking about
getting ahold of a few of them and somehow rigging them to the little
analog sequencer im messing with...hehehehe, one row of buttons per voice,
8 rows in all, starting with bass drum, snare, clap, etc ad infinitum... i
love it, but is the sound of these things worth it?? lemme know if youve
built or heard one.
These units have WAY more knobs than ANY other analog drum units i have
ever seen! Talk about controlling the hell outta some drums...:))
