Hmm.. looks interesting, but somehow examining hand-scribbled notes
doesn't really sound too promising. (not to say that I won't send off for
them myself, hey, it's only 3$, right?) Maybe somebody could coax him to
put together a schematic? 

Has anybody else tried to put together a tube synth? The distorted/out of
control sound sounds pretty interesting.
