Knobs off!!

Hi,
	Just a quick (stupid) question: Has anyone got any tips on
removing the knobs from my Roland SH-2? (It needs a clean, and I really
need to get those knobs off!) The slider-caps are fine, it's just the
rotary knobs that are *very* stiff. There doesn't appear to be any screws
holding them on.

I really don't want to destroy the pots!
