Transistor-equivalent-list on the Web?

Hello Everybody!

I hope that this is not too far off topic. I am looking for a transistor
equivalent list on the WWW. I have got an amplifier made in the German
Democratic Republic. Some of the transistors are damaged. The problem is,
that they have strange values that I haven´t found in any catalogue so far.
But perhaps can anybody help me?
They are printed as follows:

1) SD 347

2) SF 118D

3) SF 128D

4) BC 41

5) C 37
