high hat plus kit?

All,

I was looking through my copy of electronic music circuits: the reprints,
which I just got via Midwest Analog, and came opon the high hat plus kit.
It looked pretty interesting.. lots of different possibilities.  Is there
anybody who has or makes PCboards for this? It would make my life easier
once I get all the parts together. I doubt that Midwest Analog itself
makes the board, since they already make the adv-bass,snare,and snare+
(which is actually based around the 76477 as well). 

On a related note, anybody know where I can get SN76477 and/or SN94281
chips from? I only need one each, but I heard that they were pretty rare.
