Check your local magazine store or library for amateur radio
magazines. Hams have to deal with winding their own coils all the
time and blank forms are advertised for sale in these magazines.
A US manufacturer " Amidon " specialises in torroid forms, they may
have a web page somewhere - use a search engine...
