Credit cards for CEM / Digisound orders

I am thinking about accepting credit cards for future CEM chip/Digisound module orders (starting June 1).

Is this a good thing? What cards are used in Europe? I can accept Visa, AMEX, Mastercard, Discover, Diner's,
and Carte Blanche. Are there other's? I can request just about any other type, I need a list though.

This will cost me $400 set-up plus the usual 3% "fee". But, I will NOT charge you for
using a credit card. Just want assurances I can re-coup the $400!
