battery for CZ101

Is there a way to install some type of lithium battery in a CZ101 to keep 
it's memory? I really don't feel like keeping it plugged in all the time 
to keep it's memory, and replacing the C cells all the time is too costly...
(i know I'm cheap...... :)  )
