Do you want it at 100kHz with 0 input CV?
I replaced the 2200pf cap with a 1000pf cap, and my VCO hit 120kHz with a
+15v input.

My sawtooths ring a *tiny* bit, even with the normal components, but only a
little - can't even see it unless I zoom in a lot on the scope. I think
Gene's advice about trying it step by step is good.
