The way you describe (below) you could publish your ideas in a REAL
"book" and, so long as you provide references, it'd be covered under
US laws as "fair use." About the only problem you might have is
reproducing "bits of a schemo" verbatim, ie using a direct scan (as is
so common on the 'net today).
I really wouldn't worry about it - no one else does...
