I wasn't going to say anything abt Delton T. Horn... but, YES, Bill is right
on the money here. And, he's written other 'poor value' books too.

Really, for a beginner with access to the net, ckts like those on Tomg's site
which use common components and have actually been constructed are the way
to go.

Or, if you need a premade ckt board, PAiA stuff like the Fatman kit or all
those fx.

And, if you really want to buy a book, get "Troubleshooting Analog Circuits" by
Robert Pease. You'll need it one day, trust me. It isn't specifically on synths,
but it is THE GOODS. It's the only book people regularly steal from me.
