Anyone remember the PPG Realizer??

I remember it, back at NAMM in '86... Wolfgang was showing it off, grinning at his latest creation.. the damn thing was awesome! Shit, it looked like a giant drawing tablet on wheels, with lots of rackmodules.....

I saw it emulating a Minimoog.... 


Hmmm...

Could such systems as CSOUND and the Nord Modular be a realization of what Palm was dreaming about?? The notion that buried his company :( (It was terrible that PPG had to croak).. oh well...
