I think Americans are really spoiled.  I could call up a parts supplier 
today (Saturday), and have them delivered to my door on Monday.  On a 
weekday they would arrive overnight.  And at a lower cost than anywhere else.
This is even true in most small towns, too.

Not trying to gloat, just reminding the Americans on the list how good 
they've got it.
