Hi diy,
Arrays ---
I've been thinking about the exp. current sorce thing some more...
There seem to be quite a number of transistor arrays as Rick pointed out
in an old post. (Subject: Re: Substrate temperature stabilized; Date:
Thu, 08 Jun 1995). There is a CA3096 N-P-N/P-N-P Transistor Array. How
many transistors are there and how are they arranged? I thought that
maybe if the PNP and NPN parts are separate (and had matched PNP-PNP and
NPN-NPN pairs) one could build a dual Electronotes option 1 - option 2
module. It's probably too much to hope for...
Also, are there any PNP arrays? (see EP2015 at end of this post) Retail
sources?
Quad transistors ---
Don Tillman, in response to Joachim Verghese's comment re.MPQ2222 quad
transistors, said "As far as I know, the transistors in this device are
not on the same substrate and not matched."
Does anyone know if this is the case? Mouser carries MPQ3904's and
3906's. If they were matched and not simply four unmatched trans in
series, they would be possible alternates to MAT's.

I found the following site:
http://www.elantec.com/PRODUCT/pdf/arrays.html
and did a search also for the EP2015:

where I found:
