I built this phaser some 10-15 years back, assuming it's the one using the
4049 as the variable element in each phase shift stage. This thing suffers
from extreme noise, with all those 741's in line.
Even back then, as a pennyless youngster, i found it unusable. I found mine
over the weekend, built into an old Electro Harmonix memory man case.
