[Synthaholic AKA The Shark]

I just uploaded this mod to hyperreal's music/machines/incoming
subdirectory.

This modification adds the ability to control the ASR gain with
velocity.  Adds a new twist.  Very simple.  No trace cutting required.
3 active components: one switch, one pot and one transistor
