During mastering - it'd be very useful to split an entire audio mix into
parallel band-passed channels, and put effects on each seperately.

I invented this at age 13 when I was doing mixes on my 4-track recorder.
But I never had the tools to implement it correctly.

It's always fun to see one's ideas justified by the industry.
