Matrix Question

Hi everybody ...

I'm currently building a modular, and i'm looking for a way
to construct a *large* matrix (200x200 or something) to connect
both CV and audio signals.

I know there exist chips for 16x4 or 12x4 ... aren't there
100x100 chips around (maybe SMD ?)

note that the matrix should not produce too much noise (not above
3% for a 200x200 matrix) and must be digitally controllable ....
