   If you're aiming for the most expensive gear to produce simple noise,
   you still can't compete with Robert Schroeder: Legend goes that he
   has used radio signals from Galaxy Cygnus A as a noise source on
   his so-titled album. Don't know if it has any advantage, though ...

Slightly less expensive is Charles Dodge's album _Earth's Magnetic
Field_, written off of the Kp indices of magnetic activity for the
year 1961 and realized on an IBM 360/91 at the Columbia University
Computer Center.
