Parallax also has a mailing list in digest form called Stamps.
To subscribe:
subscribe stamps
Or to get the digest:
subscribe stamps-digest
Below is the subscription notice:
-----------
Welcome to the stamps mailing list!
If you ever want to remove yourself from this mailing list,
you can send mail to "majordomo at parallaxinc.com" with the following command
in the body of your email message:
unsubscribe stamps name <mail address>
Here's the general information for the list you've
subscribed to, in case you don't already have it:
This list is intended for discussion of the Parallax
BASIC Stamp products, peripherals and derivative products,
the programming of those items, and hardware integration.
To submit e-mail to the list itself, and therefore the
many people that subscribe to the list, send e-mail to
stamps at parallaxinc.com.
Please note that new list members will NOT be able to
post to the list until the next 2:00 a.m. pacific time.
This is when new members of both stamps, and stamps-digest
are rolled into the "OK to post" file.
Also, please note that there is a digested version of
this list available. The name of that list is stamp-digest
and can be subscribed to in the same manner that this list
can be, by sending e-mail to majordomo at parallaxinc.com,
and putting "subscribe stamps-digest" in the body.
Please use proper etiquette when posting to the list. The
whole purpose of the list is to promote free flow of ideas
and information. If you don't agree with a post, feel free
to tell everyone why you don't agree, but personal attacks
on a poster will be frowned upon by all, and will not be
in anyone's best interest.
