Does anyone know of a company that manufactures rack-ears, front panels
and/or enclosures for homebuilt rack equipment. 
I am looking to build a small box 1U high, 5" wide, 4" deep and depending
on how this turns out, I might look at more applications with wider boxes
- 19".
