joystick pots ???

Where can I get these in the US? They have them at Electromail in the UK for 

about UKP22 but no longer at Maplins (according to the '95 cat.). I don't 
see
em in Mouser or Newark. Haven't got Digikey cat.

Also, anyone over their remind me what UK VAT is these days? - if its 25%,
probably worth getting them shipped by Electromail.
