CAT keyboard schem now a JPEG file

Hi..

	I've put a JPEG version of my keyboard schematic for the Octave CAT up; you 
can get it at:

ftp://music1.hud.ac.uk/pub/CATkybd.jpg

	Please note that you have to specify the whole of the above line; you can't 
browse the directory contents on the ftp server here.

	Some people reported problems converting the earlier PICT file of the 
schem; hopefully you should all be able to see this one! :)
