Don't laugh: I use a candle. (the kind you use to keep your tea pot
warm at night ... green chinese Pai Mu Tan tea in my case most of the
time, but I disgress...)
Yes, the heat shrink tube *can* start to burn if you come too close
to the flame, but if you have done it a few times, it works pretty
well. Never bothered to buy one of these hot air devices.
(a hair dryer isn't hot enough, btw.)
